A work accident at Cenibra, in Belo Oriente/MG, resulted in the death of a man this Monday morning (04/17). The victim was identified as Edevaldo Carlos Gonçalves, a mechanic who provided CNG services for the company.

According to information supplied by CENIBRA, Edevaldo was carrying out maintenance work in the boiler area of ​​the pulp producer at the time of the accident, around 11:00 am. Unfortunately, he suffered a fall from a height, which turned out to be fatal.

Today, 4/17/2023, at around 11:00 am, there was an accident with the fatality of a mechanic from the GNV company, Edevaldo Carlos Gonçalves, during a scheduled maintenance activity in the CENIBRA boiler area, in Belo Oriente/MG. After a fall from a height, death was confirmed by the emergency control team. The causes of the accident will be investigated. However, the priority is to assist family and co-workers.
