A work accident at Cenibra, in Belo Oriente/MG, resulted in the death of a man this Monday morning (04/17). The victim was identified as Edevaldo Carlos Gonçalves, a mechanic who provided CNG services for the company.
According to information supplied by CENIBRA, Edevaldo was carrying out maintenance work in the boiler area of the pulp producer at the time of the accident, around 11:00 am. Unfortunately, he suffered a fall from a height, which turned out to be fatal.

Today, 4/17/2023, at around 11:00 am, there was an accident with the fatality of a mechanic from the GNV company, Edevaldo Carlos Gonçalves, during a scheduled maintenance activity in the CENIBRA boiler area, in Belo Oriente/MG. After a fall from a height, death was confirmed by the emergency control team. The causes of the accident will be investigated. However, the priority is to assist family and co-workers.
